Archeosub PROJECT

The designed and implemented multi-sensor robotics architecture was aimed to identify submerged artifacts and structures. An archeological underwater project has been conducted in Calabria region with a ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle), an Artificial Intelligence and some fine sensors, to detect, locate, trace and recognise sunk art forms. To reach such challenging targets, H4R started developing original underwater odometry algorithms for AI.
