The peculiar condition brought by COVID-19 emergency and some specific feature of highly technical workplaces involved H4R in a monitoring project, to design and provide a solution for DPI (Individual Protection Devices) use and detection. Several kinds of sensors have been implemented to guarantee an Artificial Intelligence based double monitoring system. It makes a continuous survey and gives an alarm as soon as spots not properly worn or not present DPI (three model masks, gloves, suits, shoe covers), spots a high body temperature, a decontamination procedure not perfectly executed or a not allowed presence in a restricted access area. Data analysis is also part of the project: scopes and report forms have been tailored on client’s needs in respect of privacy restriction and biometric data regulation.
